Blanch 500 grams of tomatoes in boiling water, peel and cut into small pieces, and dice the onion.

After adding the spices, cover and simmer over low heat for 15 minutes. During the simmering process, open the lid and stir-fry several times to avoid burning the bottom.

Then add salt and a little sugar to taste. Stir-fry over high heat for a few minutes to reduce the tomato juice. Fry until dry. Because when making pizza sauce, you can’t have too much water. This sauce can also be used to make pasta sauce! The fried sauce can be stored in a sealed and cold place for 3-5 days.
