  3. Preheat the pan, spray it with coconut oil, or melt it in a small piece of butter

  5. Add a slice of cheese

  6. Sauce beef slices, or your choice of meat slices, but they must be thin

  7. Add another slice of cheese

  8. Add another piece of toast, but remember to put the oiled side up

  9. Press firmly with a spatula to melt the cheese, and turn over repeatedly to avoid burning the pan
