Lao Gan Ma falls in love with enoki mushrooms

Enoki mushrooms and hot peppers are both one of my favorite vegetables. Pairing them with Lao Gan Ma will create a great taste. If you like cooking but are afraid of oily fumes, this dish is your best choice. Eat more and you won’t gain weight. If you like spicy food, you can add a few more spoons of Lao Gan Ma.

  1. grams of enoki mushrooms with the head cut off

  2. Tear them all apart

  3. Soak the enoki mushrooms and a spoonful of salt in water for a while and then clean them

  4. Prepare one hot pepper

  5. Wash, remove seeds and shred

  6. Minced garlic and chopped green onion are ready

  7. Boil water in a pot, add a spoonful of salt and a spoonful of cooking oil

  8. Pour in the enoki mushrooms and scald until cooked

  9. Put the removed enoki mushrooms into a plate, add shredded peppers and blanch them for a while, then take them out

  10. Sprinkle chopped green onion on the enoki mushrooms

  11. Take a spoonful of Laoganma and pour it on top

  12. The hot shredded peppers are also placed on top

  13. Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry minced garlic

  14. Sauté until the garlic turns golden brown
