Overview
Laoya cooks a traditional and historical dish. According to legend, it started with Kong Fanpo, the seventy-fourth generation grandson of Confucius. When he was the magistrate of Tongzhou, Shanxi, he suffered from a serious illness for a period of time, and he still had a loss of appetite after being cured. Seeing the master losing weight day by day, the chef in the house could not think of any solution, so he had no choice but to go to the private sector to find cooking experts. After eating the old duck pot, the master's illness gradually improved and he was so praised that he named it "old duck pot".
