Overview

After making the barbecue sauce, strike while the iron is hot and make yakitori. Turks love charcoal grills. Now that it's too cold to light a fire in the yard, I decided to use the oven. In fact, the oven is faster, tastes great, and avoids burning.

  1. Prepare food

  2. Cut chicken into large pieces

  3. Stir in barbecue sauce and marinate in refrigerator for three hours

  4. Red pepper, green pepper, chili pepper, seeded, sliced and segmented

  5. Add oil to the wok, when the oil is hot, add the bell peppers and stir-fry, add salt and some barbecue sauce, stir evenly and turn off the heat

  6. Thread the chicken, bell peppers and cherry tomatoes into skewers and place them on the baking sheet

  7. Put the chicken skewers into the oven preheated to 190 degrees

  8. Bake for 10 minutes and serve. Sprinkle with some more chili pepper and minced thyme before serving.
