Salad broom dish
Overview
Broom greens, also known as ground wheat, kochia, iron broom and peacock pine, are found all over the country. It is a very nutritious wild vegetable that can be eaten mixed, steamed, made into dumplings or made into tofu. I went to pick up my kids from daycare today and picked some on the way to make a simple salad dish.
