Braised Beef Brisket with Tomato and Potato

It was the first time I posted a recipe, and it was also the first time I made roast beef brisket with tomatoes and potatoes. I was so busy that I forgot to take a lot of photos. The beef brisket is added with tomatoes, which is sour and delicious. I cooked a pot and emptied it all. The children said it was delicious and asked me to make it next time.   1. Thaw the beef brisket and put it into clean water. Add a few peppercorns and soak it for two hours. During this period, change the water three times to soak the blood

  2. Put the beef brisket into the pot, add an appropriate amount of cold water and bring to a boil, skim off the blood foam, add onions, ginger, and tea leaves (wrap it with gauze), put it into the pressure cooker, and press the cook button

  3. Make a cross on the tomato and put it in boiling water for a bath. It will be easy to peel

  6. Peel the carrots and cut into cubes

  7. Heat the wok, pour a little oil, add diced tomatoes and stir-fry

  8. Add the cooked beef brisket and soup, without the onion, ginger and tea leaves

  9. Stir fry and add potatoes and carrots

  10. Bring to a boil over high heat, then turn to low heat and simmer for 40 minutes, then add appropriate amount of salt

  11. The delicious beef brisket roasted with tomatoes and potatoes is ready, and the rice with soup is delicious
