Peel the kohlrabi, slice and cut into strips.

Add water, baking soda, and oil to a pot and bring to a boil. Add kohlrabi and cook until 7 to 80% ripe, then cool and set aside.

Cut lean pork into strips and marinate with light soy sauce, sugar, muzuki powder, cola, water, pepper and oil.

Turn on the pot, heat the oil, add the marinated pork and stir-fry until cooked, then add the kohlrabi and continue to stir-fry until cooked, adjust the flavor, thicken the meat and drizzle with oil and remove from the pan.
