Cut the chicken legs into small pieces, clean them and drain them

Put the chicken pieces into a container, add light soy sauce, cooking wine, MSG, onion and ginger and marinate for 15 minutes

Marinate the chicken pieces and set aside

Heat the oil in the pan until it is about 70% hot, and add the marinated chicken pieces.

Fry the chicken pieces until golden brown and drain out the oil
