Overview
This fish is specially made for my mother-in-law. She has bad teeth and a bad stomach. She can't digest beef and mutton, so I often make fish for her. The steamed fish is light and delicious, which suits her taste. Because she didn't like hot oil on top, today's method was to directly add green onion and ginger, and finally no hot oil was poured on it. She ate half of it in one meal, and she was fine after eating it. If it were other meats, she would feel uncomfortable if she ate a little more.
