Overview
Kelp, a champion of iodine content. It is known as longevity dish. Every Chinese New Year, my aunt’s house must have this dish: cold kelp. I have mixed it and eaten it these past few days. I feel a little light in the stomach. My friend, it is clear of fat, haha.
