Pumpkin Steak Buns
Overview
I remember reading an article in a magazine before, saying that eating more pumpkins in spring can help children grow taller. My baby is now almost 3 years old. Although he is growing pretty well, he always feels that it would be better to be taller. I bought a big pumpkin home a few days ago. She didn’t like to eat it when it was cooked, so I made it in a different way. The buns were pretty good!

Ingredients
Steps
-
Soak the raisins in warm water for half an hour in advance, and add the ingredients except butter to the basin
-
Knead until the dough forms a large film, add softened butter and continue mixing
-
When the dough is kneaded, just add the raisins and mix evenly (the raisins need to be drained, it is best to use kitchen towels to absorb the moisture on the surface)
-
Knead into a round shape, cover with plastic wrap and ferment
-
Send to about 3 times the size
-
Then take it out, knead it evenly to remove the air, and then divide it evenly into 9 portions
-
Round each portion again
-
Put it into the baking pan. If the baking pan is not anti-stick, brush a thin layer of oil in the baking pan
-
After fermentation, brush with a layer of egg wash and sprinkle some white sesame seeds on the surface
-
Put it in the hotter oven, middle and lower racks, 180 degrees, about 25 minutes
