How to make fried sausage with edamame rice
Overview
Edamame is a seasonal vegetable; in the north it is grown in summer, while in the south it is grown between late spring and early summer. It’s over at the end of summer; the only food I’ll eat from now on is frozen edamame. There is a difference in taste between fresh and frozen edamame rice. So grab it now before it’s out of stock!

Prepare washed edamame rice; blanch it with water and set aside; dice dry red pepper; dice red pepper. Cut the sausage into small cubes and set aside.

Pour oil into the pot and heat until it reaches 80% temperature; add in diced sausage and stir-fry until fragrant.

First saute the diced dried red pepper until fragrant, then pour the diced red pepper into the oil pan and stir-fry; add the edamame and stir-fry for a while and turn off the heat.

Add a spoonful of salt to the stir-fried edamame sausage.

Turn on the heat and stir-fry briefly; turn off the heat immediately. Serve on a plate.
