I love sweet corn and like it no matter how I eat it. I remember eating fried corn in a restaurant. It was very memorable. So this summer I made sweet corn pot roast several times for my family, and I ate them all every time.

  1. Prepare all materials

  3. Place the corn kernels in a sieve to wet with water and shake off the excess water
