Clam Steamed Egg
Overview
The first time I made it, it was a success. The clams were extremely delicious and the custard was tender and smooth. It was delicious and nutritious. It is another classic clam dish.

Put two slices of old ginger and clams in the water to remove the fishy smell. Open your mouth and grab one.

Arrange on a deep plate.

Beat 2 eggs and add half a small bowl of water. Add a small amount of salt. Mix well.

Sieve the egg liquid 2 times.

Pour the delicate egg mixture into the clams.

Cover with plastic wrap and use a toothpick to prick a few small holes in the plastic wrap for ventilation. Put into steamer.

Steam over medium-low heat for 10 minutes.

After taking it out of the pot, pour the prepared sauce (green oil, green and red pepper sesame oil) into the steamed eggs and serve.
