Clean the yellow croaker, drain the water, put it in a basin, add some cooking wine, put some salt on both sides and marinate for half an hour

Put the marinated fish into a plate and add some ginger slices and scallions

After the water in the pot boils, add the yellow croaker and steam over high heat for 10 minutes

When the time is up, pour out the steamed soup and remove the ginger slices and green onion segments
