Kelp, orange peel and mung bean soup
Overview
I accidentally ate frozen mung bean paste with kelp in Guangdong. It was amazing, so I searched for recipes and bought the ingredients to make it myself~ Both mung beans and kelp can relieve summer heat~

Soak the mung beans overnight, soak the tangerine peel and kelp for 15 minutes and set aside the rock sugar~

Boil a pot of water

Add mung beans

Add tangerine peel, boil the pot, and cook over medium heat for about half an hour~

While the mung beans are cooking, cut the kelp into shreds and strips, drain it into water and set aside

After half an hour, add kelp and cook for about ten minutes

Add the rock sugar and cook for another five minutes. The rock sugar has completely melted. Turn off the heat. For those who like hot food, it is ready to be eaten. It is very delicious~

Wait for the rest to cool down and then put it in the refrigerator. After that, the iced version is delicious and relieves the heat~ (ps: This picture was taken when I made it for the first time. Too much kelp affected the taste a little bit, but overall it is good~)
