Take an appropriate amount of tofu, add salt, pepper, flour and potato starch 1:1, custard powder, add an egg, and stir in one direction!

Use a spoon to scoop out circles!

Tofu balls wrapped in bread crumbs!

Fill the pot with oil and fry over high heat!

Fry until the surface is golden brown and take it out of the pan when cooked!
