Golden egg mushroom
Overview
I haven’t prepared the shiitake mushrooms I bought at home the day before. I bought quail eggs today and tried to make a dish. The chili peppers are great with rice.

Boil the quail eggs first and peel off the skin

Wash the mushrooms and boil them in water

Cut the cooked mushrooms

Wash the peppers

Cut three kinds of peppers and set aside

Put more oil in the pot, and when the oil boils, add the quail eggs and fry them

When frying eggs, you can turn them over to make them evenly heated

Fried quail eggs until golden brown on the outside and scooped up

Leave some oil in the pot

First add the ginger and garlic pepper and stir-fry until fragrant, then add the 3 kinds of peppers to the pot

Stir-fry the quail eggs and shiitake mushrooms into the spicy chili pepper and stir-fry.

Then add a spoonful of soy sauce, a little salt, and stir-fry for a while.
