Refreshing Enoki Mushrooms
Overview

Wash and dry-clean the enoki mushrooms and use half an onion and a small piece of carrot.

Cut the carrots into plum blossoms, or just slice them as you like. Cut the onion into approximately 1cm square pieces.

Boil water in a wok, add carrot slices, and then add enoki mushrooms after boiling again.

Boil the enoki mushrooms for 2 minutes. Take out the enoki mushrooms first, then cook the carrot slices for another minute and take them out.

Remove and drain the water.

Marinate the onions with a little salt and mix

Put the enoki mushrooms, carrots and onions together.

Add apple cider vinegar, vinegar and ingredients to a level.

Mix well and let it soak for half an hour.
