The name is different in different places, but I always thought this was bean paste or tempeh. There is also something called fried tofu, whatever.

Then cut open all the bean bubbles you bought, throw away the bottom, dig out the inside, and leave the bean dregs inside.

Fill the bean paste with meat filling. The meat filling is purchased and minced. Add an egg, a little salt, and a little chicken powder and mix it clockwise until it is strong.

Place it in a frying pan, heat the oil and fry the meat stuffing side down for three to five minutes, until you think it's almost done.

Add tomatoes and fry together. I only bought one because I didn't expect so many soaked beans. 20 is enough to feed two people. It is recommended to add two tomatoes. I secretly added tomato sauce.

Then add some water and simmer for 10 minutes. Check it yourself. If there is not enough salt, add more. Finally, stir-fry and take it out of the pot. Sprinkle a little chopped green onion.
