Put the dough and puff pastry ingredients into two bowls respectively.

Use chopsticks to stir the ingredients into a fluffy shape, knead it into a uniform dough with your hands, wrap it in plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes.

Put the filling ingredients into a large bowl and mix well.

Divide the filling into ten equal portions, roll into balls and refrigerate.

Divide the puff pastry and oil dough into 10 portions and roll into balls.

Flatten the dough and wrap it around the puff pastry.

With the mouth facing down, press flat.

Use a rolling pin to roll the dough into a flat oval shape.

Roll up the dough, cover with plastic wrap and leave for about 15 minutes. Repeat steps 7 to 9 a total of three times.

Fold the two ends of the rolled strip of dough, flatten it, and roll it into a dough sheet.

Wrap the filling in the dough, flatten it and place it seam side down on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.

Use chopsticks dipped in red coloring to make flower-like patterns on the cake. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees and bake for about 20 minutes.
