【Christmas Montblanc】
Overview
Mont Blanc, French: Mont-Blanc. It is a French pastry made with chestnut puree. Seizing the season of chestnuts, I made some homemade candied chestnuts and chestnut puree, and wore snowflakes on Christmas Day

Crack two eggs into a container and add 60 grams of white sugar;

Use an electric mixer to beat until the traces are not easy to disappear;

Sift in the flour in batches;

Stir evenly;

Pour into the film set one by one;

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, place the middle layer, and heat up and down for 15 minutes;

Let cool after taking out the oven;

Whip the light cream with appropriate amount of sugar and put it into a piping bag. Place a chestnut on top of the cooled cake and top with an appropriate amount of whipped cream;

Put the Montblanc flower head into a piping bag and add chestnut puree. Start squeezing the noodles, and finally put a candied chestnut;

Sprinkle with moisture-proof powdered sugar and serve.
