Overview

Mont Blanc, French: Mont-Blanc. It is a French pastry made with chestnut puree. Seizing the season of chestnuts, I made some homemade candied chestnuts and chestnut puree, and wore snowflakes on Christmas Day

  1. Crack two eggs into a container and add 60 grams of white sugar;

  9. Put the Montblanc flower head into a piping bag and add chestnut puree. Start squeezing the noodles, and finally put a candied chestnut;
