Stir-fried Qiaozhou green onions with barbecued pork
Overview
I made barbecued pork yesterday and used the leftovers to stir-fry green onions. By the way, our state's green onions are quite famous. They are very big and very fragrant when stir-fried.

Prepare the scallions, cut the scallion leaves into sections, open the scallions and cut into pieces;

Cut two to three green onion wedges into shreds, bring up the heat in a pot, put a little oil in the pot, add shredded onions and barbecued pork;

Add 1 tbsp light soy sauce and 1/4 tsp salt, sauté the barbecued pork until fragrant, set aside and wash the pot;

Return to the pot, add about 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil, add green onion slices, and sauté until half-cooked;

Pour in green onion leaves, add 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and stir a few times;

Pour in the barbecued pork, sprinkle about 1/4 teaspoon of pepper, pour 1 tablespoon of cooking wine on the side of the pot, stir-fry evenly and serve.
