Have all the materials ready,

Mix shredded coconut (32g) milk powder (8g) and fine sugar (20g) evenly

Break up the egg whites with chopsticks and add them to step 1. Wear gloves and grasp them evenly with your hands

Roll into a small ball of about 2.5cm, wrap the surface with shredded coconut, and place it on a baking sheet

Preheat the oven to 150° for about 25 minutes
