Tender garlic steamed tofu
Overview
I bought a piece of tofu and thought about eating it cold, grilled, or stewed in soup, but in the end I steamed it and ate it. While cooking, two neighbor aunts came over to visit. When they saw my authentic steamed vegetables, they shook their heads and said how could they eat without chili peppers? Hunan people are indeed the most spicy province in the country, but I, who came from other provinces, couldn't adapt.
