Sauce-flavored lotus root strips
Overview
My mother-in-law has very bad teeth, and she was visiting relatives during the Spring Festival. She tasted a glutinous spicy lotus root slice. After I heard about it, I came back and DIYed it for her. The flavor needs to be enhanced. Next time, the pepper will be replaced with red pepper powder, which may look more attractive.

Prepare a section of lotus root.

Peel the lotus root and cut it with a knife.

Rinse again and put it into the pressure cooker and add appropriate amount of water.

Pressure cook for 35 minutes.
