Beef Brisket with Tomato and Radish
Overview
Because I wanted to eat tomato beef brisket, and I also wanted to eat radish beef brisket, so I simply made radish and tomato beef brisket. Eat it with noodles, meat, vegetables and sauce, very good.

After preparing the ingredients, the meat I bought was too big, so I cut it into smaller pieces. Cut the white radish into large pieces, cut some of the tomatoes into small pieces, and cut some into large pieces and set aside

Blanch beef to remove foam

Heat an iron pan, add a little oil, stir-fry the Sichuan peppercorns until fragrant, then scoop out the Sichuan peppercorns

Add other ingredients and stir-fry until fragrant

Add beef brisket and small pieces of tomatoes and stir-fry

After the tomatoes are fried until soft, add dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, and cooking wine, and stir-fry for a while

Add warm water to cover the ingredients, cover the pot and simmer. After the water boils, turn down the heat and simmer for at least an hour.

When there are about 40 minutes left before cooking, add the radishes and remaining tomatoes. When it comes out of the pot, reduce the heat a little and reduce the juice.
