Purple Cabbage Juice Bread
Overview
Since the advent of ovens, bread machines have rarely been used to bake bread, but if you want to be lazy, it is easier to use a bread machine to bake bread. Today I used it to make a big loaf of bread. The raw materials are the baking gift package obtained from Gourmet World. It is very enjoyable to tear into the baked bread and eat it!

Purple cabbage into juice

Pour the corn oil into the bread bucket, add salt and sugar in the diagonal corners

Add bread flour (this is a prize, I am very proud of it)

Add milk powder and yeast powder

Start the dough mixing program and knead the dough until it reaches 1.5 times in size

Take out the dough, deflate it, roll it into a round shape and divide it into 4 parts. Roll one part into a long strip

Prepare the remaining 3 pieces of dough and place them in the bread barrel for secondary fermentation (take out the mixing stick from the bread barrel)

The embryo after the second rise (takes 1 night, rises in the evening and bakes in the morning)

Brush the surface with egg wash

Put it in the bread machine and start the baking process for 1 hour. Wrap the outside of the bread barrel with tin foil

Remove the tin foil 10 minutes before the end of the baking time.
