Homemade small oil recipe
Overview
Xiaoyoufang is also Xiaoyoudoufu, which is a soybean product. Soybeans have the reputation of plant meat and green cow. Chinese traditional medicine believes that soybeans strengthen the spleen and replenish qi, enhance the digestion of food, and promote the absorption of nutrients. In addition, soybeans are rich in lecithin, and long-term consumption can improve memory. It is said that cabbage and tofu ensure safety, which means that it is an indispensable food on our daily dinner table every day. Especially when eating various hot pots in winter, this cheap and good-quality little oil recipe is indispensable. My son likes this the most. I don’t know what kind of oil is used when buying it from outside, so I started to try to make it myself. My son said that the food I made is much more delicious than the one bought from outside. If you like it, you can try it.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Wash the soybeans and soak them in water overnight. Add 75 grams of water to 12 grams of salt brine and stir until dissolved
-
Add the soybeans to the water and add it to the wall breaker in batches and beat at the grain speed, 2 times each
-
Pour the beaten soy milk into a cloth bag and squeeze out the bean dregs
-
After everything is done, skim off the foam
-
Bring to a boil over high heat and cook for another 5 minutes (stir a few times in the middle)
-
After letting it stand for 8 minutes, pick off the skin of the soybeans (the first time I used a thermometer to test the resting time, the temperature of the soy milk almost dropped to about 90 degrees)
-
Order tofu and marinate it evenly. Stir it with a spoon while ordering it. Add it slowly into the soy milk. At the same time, use a spoon to gently stir it in one direction. Observe the changes in the soy milk. It will turn into a flocculent precipitate. Cover and let stand for 20 minutes
-
Place tofu cloth in the mold and put the tofu into the mold
-
Just press it for 45 minutes
-
Cut the prepared tofu into small pieces
-
Heat oil in a pan, add the tofu in batches
-
Fry over medium heat until golden in color
-
It can be added to soup or mixed with other ingredients and can be cooked with both meat and vegetables
