Prepare ingredients, dice onions, ginger, garlic, and peppers, and slice lemons.

Pick off the shrimp threads, remove the heads and clean them, leaving the heads to cook for flavor.

Boil water in a pot, put the shrimp into the pot until red, then remove and set aside.
