Sautéed Shrimp with Chives
Overview
There were fresh river prawns caught by farmers in a vegetable market today, so I quickly bought some. The river prawns were simply stir-fried with green onion and ginger, which kept the deliciousness of the river shrimp, and used green onion and ginger to remove the fishy smell and coldness of the river shrimp. Crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, eat the whole thing together! Shopee is a high-calcium food, don’t waste it!

-
River shrimps are very fresh. You need to keep them in water before buying them. Just wash them before eating. You don’t need to cut them open and pick out the shrimp threads because the shrimps I bought are small and very tender.
-
Chop onion, ginger and coriander and set aside.
-
When the oil is hot, add onions and ginger and saute until fragrant.
-
Pour in fresh shrimps and saute until fragrant and change color.
-
Pour in the coriander, add some salt, and serve immediately.

Plating.
