Dry pot pork belly

I haven’t made dry pot for a long time. I rarely have time and I have the ingredients at home. I’m going to make a delicious pork belly dry pot this winter night. I made it with a Korean VCC air cushion pot. It’s very delicious

All materials are ready.

Add oil to the Korean VCC air cushion pot and preheat it.

Add lotus root slices and fry until golden brown.

Potatoes, cauliflower and celery are boiled in oil in turn.

Add pork belly to the pan and fry.

Fry until golden brown and serve on a plate.

Add oil to Korean VCC air cushion pot, add onion, ginger and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add the seasonings to the dry pot and stir-fry.

Fry the red oil over high heat.

Cauliflower, celery and lotus root slices.

Then add pork belly and stir-fry evenly.

Finally add all the vegetables.

Then add salt and stir well.

Add sesame seeds and stir-fry evenly.
