Kiwi egg tart
Overview
I haven’t had egg tarts in a long time! It’s not that I don’t like to eat it, but it’s too high in calories. Every time I eat it, I feel very greasy. Today I added sweet and sour kiwi fruit, which makes the taste much fresher and makes me feel less greasy after eating it

Add milk, cream, sugar, heat over low heat and mix well

Add two small eggs to low powder and milk powder

Stir evenly and wait for the milk to cool down

Pour the cooled milk into the egg batter and mix well

Filter the tart water twice to complete

Peel and dice kiwi fruit

Place the tart crust into the baking pan

Pour 80% of the tart water and top with diced kiwi fruit

Preheat the oven to 180° and bake for 30 minutes
