Shredded radish fish soup
Overview
We are all too familiar with the saying that drinking soup before meals will keep you slim and healthy. Drink soup before eating to partially fill the stomach, which can reduce the intake of staple food and avoid excessive energy intake. It also reduces the burden on the gastrointestinal tract. There are a lot of things that go into making a healthy and delicious soup. The first is the selection of ingredients, the second is the control of the heat, and the last is the appropriate combination of various ingredients. For example: adding water, adding seasonings, etc. are all key to affecting the taste of the soup.

Ingredients (wash the fish and apply some salt and set aside)

Heat the oil in the pan and fry the fish until fragrant (it does not need to be cooked).

Add spices, wine (please turn down the heat and be careful when doing this), stock, then add shredded radish and simmer.

Cook until the radish shreds are transparent and the soup is milky white, season and sprinkle with pepper.

Sprinkle minced green garlic on it and serve it on a plate. It tastes fresh and sweet. It makes your body much warmer.
