Bean dregs and red dates hair cake
Overview
I was bored alone at night, thinking that I still had a small bowl of bean dregs that I didn’t eat, so I didn’t want to waste it, so I thought about what to do. If you don’t want to eat something too greasy, just make steamed cakes! Bean dregs and red dates hair cake.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Wash the red dates and cut into cubes.
-
There are 150 grams of bean dregs, add 300 grams of flour, 8 grams of baking powder, brown sugar and warm water, then slowly add the flour to mix it into a softer dough.
-
Add jujube cubes and mix well.
-
Grease the plate, put the dough in, and spread it about one centimeter thick.
-
Apply a thin layer of water on the surface to help the dough rise more fully. Boil warm water in a steamer and let it rise until the cake becomes more than twice as thick.
-
The risen dough has many honeycomb holes and is almost bulging out of the plate. Press down with a spoon and shake the plate vigorously a few times to shake out the air bubbles inside.
-
Steam over high heat for 25 minutes, then turn off the heat and simmer for 2 minutes. Cool and take out.
-
Cut into pieces and serve.
