Super soft toast (one fermentation)
Overview
Using the one-time fermentation method to make this super-soft toast does not require the tedious process of making it once or twice. It simplifies the steps and saves a lot of time. The final product is soft and silky and tastes great.

Steps
-
Put all the dry ingredients first, salt and sugar in the opposite corners, and yeast in the middle
-
Add water and eggs, I added two small free-range eggs here
-
Stir into a dough
-
When the chef kneads the dough to the expansion stage, the film is relatively thick and easy to break
-
Add softened butter cubes
-
Continue kneading the dough until it is complete, and you can pull out a very thin, elastic and tough film
-
Use the one-time fermentation method, directly shape and weigh out three equal portions of dough
-
Knead into a ball, cover with plastic wrap and rest for 15 minutes
-
Take a piece of dough and flatten it, use a rolling pin to roll it into a long strip
-
Turn over, roll up, and continue to rest for 15 minutes
-
Roll it out again
-
Turn over, thin the bottom edge, and roll up
-
Place the toast box in the same direction
-
Cover with a wet towel and place in the oven to rise until the toast box is 9 minutes full
-
There is no need to preheat the oven, just put it into the oven, cover it with tin foil, adjust the upper and lower tubes to 150 degrees, place it on the middle and lower racks and bake for 50 minutes
-
After the baking time is reached, take it out of the mold immediately, lie on its side and cool to lukewarm temperature, then seal and store
