Have materials ready.

Cut the dried beans into thick strips.

Crush the garlic, cut the pepper into rings, and cut the black bean into small pieces.

Heat oil in a pan, add dried tofu and fry until golden brown.

Pour some more oil into the pot, add tempeh and minced garlic, and stir-fry until fragrant.

Then add the tofu strips, add 1 tsp of water, add chili pepper, sugar, light soy sauce, turn to high heat and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes.
