Crack the eggs into a bowl, wash the vegetables and set aside.

Cut tomatoes into small pieces, chop green onions, add 1 teaspoon of salt (extra amount) to eggs and beat evenly.

Pour an appropriate amount of cooking oil into the wok, pour in the egg liquid and fry into pieces.

Heat the oil in the pan again, add the chopped green onions and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add the chopped tomatoes and 1 tsp of salt (outside the amount) and stir-fry until red soup comes out. Add fresh soy sauce and stir-fry evenly.

Add appropriate amount of boiling water.
