Prepare flour and yeast in a large bowl, melt milk and caster sugar.

Stir the flour and yeast

Slowly pour the milk into the flour, stirring as you go

Stir into cotton wool without too much dry flour.

Remove the chopsticks and knead the dough with your hands into a smooth dough.

Cover and let rise in a warm place until doubled in size.

Take out the dough, add a little dry flour and knead to deflate.

Prepare red dates and soak them in warm water for a while
