Cut the cauliflower into small florets, soak in light salt water and wash.

Add some salt to the boiling water, add the cauliflower and cook for 2 minutes.

Slice carrots.

Add the cauliflower and cook for 1 minute.

Take it out and put it in a basin.

Place minced garlic (pre-fried in oil), balsamic vinegar, and cold soy sauce on a plate.

Cauliflower is tender and sweet, and is also delicious when boiled.
