Basil Sesame Cookies
Overview
I slightly adapted the recipe I picked up from the handsome guy from the township party. Less oil, less sugar and no burden. Adding chopped basil and white sesame seeds gives it a unique flavor. If you like salty food, take a look here...

Put other ingredients except water into the basin;

Add water little by little and form a dough, but don’t knead too much until it doesn’t stick to your hands;

Sprinkle a little hand flour on the chopping board, roll the dough into a thin sheet with a rolling pin, and apply a layer of oil with a brush;

Fold the top and bottom in half like a quilt;

Fold it in half;

Then roll it into a rectangular sheet and brush it with a layer of oil, as shown in Figure 4 and Figure 5, a total of 4 times;

Roll out into a 2 mm square sheet for the last time;

Use a fork to prick holes evenly to prevent expansion during baking;

Cut into small pieces with the help of a rolling knife and a wheel knife;

Arrange into baking pan;

Place in the middle rack of a preheated 180-degree oven and heat up and down for about 18 minutes. After simmering for a few minutes, take it out;
