Braised pears in red wine
Overview
I bought a box of pear pears online and it was my first time to try them. The texture was soft and I thought it would be good to cook them! I immediately thought of braised pears in red wine!

Peel the pears and put them into the pot

Add cinnamon

Slice half of a lemon and add

Squeeze half of the juice and add

Add granulated sugar

Add tangerine peel powder, which is given by the store that sells pears, so I added

Add plenty of red wine, preferably to cover the pears

Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat and simmer for 30 minutes

Soak the pear in a container and cool it, then refrigerate it before eating
