Preparation materials: 2 pounds of pig trotters, 1 garlic, 1 orange peel, 5 ginger slices.

Pig's trotters cross the water.

Add thinly sliced orange peels, ginger slices, and garlic (just peel them, no need to cut them) and fill with water.

Put it into the electric stew pot, press the quick stew button, and cook for 4 hours. (You can also use a pressure cooker or soup pot to boil it until it is cooked)

After cooking, remove the bones from the pig's trotters, keep the soup, and filter out the soup residue.

Chop the skin and meat from the pig trotters.

Then put the minced pork trotters and soup back into the soup pot and boil for 5 minutes. Add an appropriate amount of salt and sugar and stir evenly.

Pack in a crisper and let cool.

Let cool and cover with plastic wrap.

Put it back in the refrigerator for 3 to 4 hours (I left it for a day)

The delicious pig's trotters are frozen. If you want to eat them, you can take them out of the refrigerator and eat them. They are delicious. (Make some garlic sauce and eat it with it)
