Microwave steamed fish: scallion-flavored fish

Overview

Among deep-sea fish, Jincang fish is a relatively common fish. The fish tastes delicious and the meat is tender. Especially in autumn and winter, the meat is fat and the skin is tender. Moreover, the tuna is just a big bone with almost no small spines, so it is easy to remove. If there are elderly and children at home, the tuna is a very suitable choice for cooking fish. My daughter’s favorite fish to eat is agarfish!

Ingredients

Steps

  1. Prepare the ingredients, slice the ginger and cut the green onion into sections.

  2. Clean the fish (the internal organs of the fish have been removed when you buy it) and make a few cuts on both sides of the fish.

  3. Place the ginger and onions on the bottom of the plate (a microwave-safe plate).

  4. Place the fish, arrange the ginger and onion, and pour 1 spoonful of white wine over it.

  5. Cover with a lid (for microwave use), or cover it with high-temperature plastic wrap, and use a toothpick to prick a few small holes on the surface of the film.

  6. Put it in the microwave, select "Steam Fish", and set the time to 3 minutes.

  7. When the time is up, take it out and pour out the juice in the plate to remove the fishy smell.

  8. Turn the other side of the fish upward, add the scallions, pour 3-5 tablespoons of light soy sauce, and then 2 tablespoons of white wine.

  9. Put it in the microwave again, select "Steam Fish", and set the time to 2 minutes.

  10. When the time is up, take out the fish, boil sesame oil (I used peanut oil) in a pot, and pour it on the green onions.
