Prepare ingredients

Break the eggs into a dish, add salt and mix well. Add 2 times the warm water and continue mixing well. Then filter 3 times with a handsome mesh and let it sit for 5 minutes

Soak the tofu in salt water for 10 minutes and cut into cubes. Flatten the garlic and cut into cubes. Wash the coriander, green onions and sweet beans and cut them into cubes

Add water to the pot and bring to a boil. Cover the prepared egg liquid with a lid and separate the water from the pot. Cover the pot and steam over high heat for 10 minutes

Take the steamed egg liquid out of the pot and set aside

Then heat the oil in a pan over high heat and sauté the garlic until fragrant

Pour in the sweet peas and stir-fry until cooked

Then add tofu cubes, salt and chicken powder and stir-fry for 1 minute

Then sprinkle with coriander and chopped green onion, stir well and turn off the heat

Just spread the fried tofu on the steamed egg noodles!
