Prepare ingredients, wash millet, lightly pat garlic and Sichuan peppercorns, and slice old ginger

Heat oil in a pan, add dried chilies, Sichuan peppercorns, garlic, and millet and stir-fry until fragrant

Add enough water, put the beef shank in the pot under cold water, and bring to a boil over high heat
