Luffa fish soup
Overview
The lazy sunshine shines on my body, and I smell the smell of green grass... I really want to drink soup, which has a light and fresh taste. Find a loofah, buy half a pound of fish paste, make a simple soup, and drink a bowl of it, so satisfied!

Steps
-
A piece of loofah, a piece of old ginger, and half a pound of fish slipper bought from the market. The fish slipper has been seasoned and mixed with chopped green onion. It smells very fragrant.
-
First put two bowls of water into a pot and boil it. While it is boiling, you can process the loofah to save time.
-
Peel the loofah and cut into hob cubes, peel and cut the ginger into thin slices.
-
After the water boils, add the ginger slices and cook for a while.
-
Then add the loofah pieces and cook together. Don't cook the loofah for too long, otherwise it will shrink and taste too soft.
-
Immediately after adding the loofah, take a small spoon and add the fish paste into the soup one by one. Be careful to dip the spoon in cold water before spooning the fish paste. Do this with each spoonful so that it will not stick to the spoon.
-
Add a few drops of raw oil and cook briefly.
-
When the fish floats to the surface, add salt and MSG to taste, and the soup is ready.
-
The color of the soup is very clear, but the taste is very fresh. The fish is slippery and the luffa is tender. A simple home-cooked dish.
