Homemade five-nut pastry
Overview
There is no specific weight for making it this time. I just estimated it. I baked two plates of these noodles. I used ingredients I had at home. If you have melon seeds, you can put them in. You can put more peanuts. They will taste delicious

Ingredients
Steps
-
Mix flour and oil to form a pastry. Mix flour, sugar, oil and a little water to form a pastry. Set aside. Make small portions of each
-
Fried noodles
-
Wrap the water-oil dough with puff pastry, seal it, make it into a small ball, roll it into an oval shape, overlap it up and down, and fold it in half alternately. If you want more layers, repeat it a few more times. Roll it out into an oval shape and fold it in half. I don’t have dough, so I just rolled it out once and then came back and rolled it out a second time. The dough turned out pretty good
-
Put the peanuts in the oven at 200 degrees for about five minutes and take them out
-
Let cool, peel and crush
-
Chop the walnuts with a knife
-
Put all fillings into a basin
-
Sift in the fried noodles and sugar, add sesame oil and salad oil and stir
-
Mixed stuffing
-
Roll out the dough into a thin crust and wrap it with filling, seam side down, and place it in a baking pan. I only brushed it with egg yolk because the color looks good, and then sprinkled with black sesame seeds
-
Preheat the oven and place the middle rack at 180 degrees for 15 minutes
