Choose fat green beans, wash and dry them

Cut into small prisms, cut green onion into sections, slice ginger, pat garlic, and cut meat into thick slices

Heat the oil in the wok, add the ingredients and stir-fry the beans

Fry for as long as possible, as long as it is not mushy. Fry until the beans are wilted and soft.

Add seafood soy sauce, salt and water and simmer for a while.
